A Change
When I write to you, I have always mentioned the Inner Guide and how it can help you. I've explained that it is a new mental pathway in the mind that has access to your entire memory bank—everything you've ever experienced—and to all of your subliminal perceptions. It uses this information to alleviate your stress and uncomfortable emotions, and to protect you from dangers.
A woman who has benefited greatly from this process recently told me that she prefers calling this pathway a “Personal Guidance System” rather than an Inner Guide. I understand why she feels that way. The term Personal Guidance System sounds neutral, familiar, and less likely to be misunderstood. It conveys function rather than mysticism. So I’m going to try it out. In this vlog, I’ll refer to it as your Personal Guidance System—or PGS.

These days, it’s easy to feel emotionally scattered. When you're traumatized by what you read and see in the news, your mind can freeze, making it hard to deal with even the normal demands of the day. You may find yourself drifting from task to task without focus or snapping at small frustrations that wouldn't normally bother you. You might even notice that it's harder to fall asleep, or that you’re waking up feeling unrested and overwhelmed.
In this condition, your thoughts and feelings become unmoored, disconnected from your usual sense of who you are and how you want to live. And when that happens, decision-making suffers. You may struggle to respond clearly to others or feel paralyzed about what to do next. This is more than distraction; it's a state of emotional scattering. And it's exhausting.
You need a way to bring yourself back to center.
If you’ve already acquired your Personal Guidance System, you know what a difference it can make. Your PGS is dedicated to helping you stay steady, emotionally safe, and inwardly clear—even when the world feels unpredictable. It doesn’t push you to act, but gently helps you know what matters most, what needs your attention, and what you can release. If you’ve used your PGS before, you may already feel it quietly working to restore your calm.
If you’ve fallen out of the habit of using it, now may be a good time to reconnect.
And if you’ve never tried using this pathway at all, it’s easy to begin. I offer a free resource to help you get started—just follow this link:
