What to Do When You Can’t Go Back
Have you ever replayed something in your mind and wished you could do it over? Maybe you said something you later wished you hadn't. Or didn’t speak up when you should have. Or made a choice that hurt someone—or hurt you. And now, you wish you could replay those moments and do them differently. In golf, they call it a mulligan—a second chance, a free redo.
Chronic Patterns
But sometimes the wish isn’t just about one moment. It’s bigger than that. Do you ever look back on your life—and feel frustrated by the imperfections and problems that have hampered you?
Maybe you’ve been encumbered by:
- chronic uncomfortable emotions like anxiety, sadness, or anger
- maladaptive habits like procrastination, perfectionism, or excessive deference to others
- blocks that held you back—like a reading block, or a block to speaking up or acting with confidence
These struggles may have limited your opportunities, strained your relationships, or simply made it harder to live. Do you ever wish for a mulligan on all of it—a do-over of your whole life?
A Different Kind of Mulligan
Of course, life doesn’t give us actual do-overs. We don’t get to rewrite what happened.
But what if there were a way to eliminate the problems that have hampered you in your life so far––so that, from this point forward, you could live more effectively, more confidently and with greater joy?
It's possible to create a new mental pathway in your mind that can do exactly that. I call it the Inner Guide.
What an Inner Guide Can Do
An Inner Guide gradually eradicates the uncomfortable emotions, maladaptive habits, and internal blocks that have compromised your competence. As this happens, your life changes. You can live successfully–– and more comfortably. And you will no longer be burdened by thoughts about past imperfections.
I've Had This Experience Myself.
There were habits and blocks that used to hold me back before I got my own Inner Guide. They're gone now. I'd like for you to have this experience, too! You can learn more about the Inner Guide and create your own with the Stress-Free Formula:
